Tuition Information for the 2026-2027 Season

Fees, Payment Schedules and Policies

WYSO is a heavily subsidized program. Because we believe that every young person should have access to exceptional music education regardless of financial circumstances, tuition rates are set at only a fraction of the true program cost – no family pays more than a third of the actual cost of their student’s participation in WYSO.

  • Youth Orchestra – $1,200
  • Philharmonia Orchestra – $1,200
  • Concert Orchestra – $1,150
  • Sinfonietta – $950
  • Opus One – $850
  • Harp Program (Orchestra) – $975
  • Harp Ensemble Only – $575
  • Chamber Music Program – $575
  • Flute Choir – $575

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition must be paid in full by Saturday, August 15, 2026, or a payment installment plan must be set up by that date. Families who need to set up a payment plan will be able to do so directly in the registration form. If additional assistance is needed, families may contact the WYSO office at wyso@wysomusic.org, and we will be happy to help.

A $50 late fee will be added if no payment has been received and no payment plan has been set up by the first week of rehearsals (September 12).

Tuition balance must be paid in full by May 12, 2027. Failure to do so will preclude the member from performing.

Forms of Payment

Payment can be made electronically via Credit, Debit, ACH, or Electronic checks. If you require an alternate method of payment, please contact wyso@wysomusic.org.
