Kick-off the King Holiday weekend with fellowship and the annual MLK Free Community Dinner. Dinner served buffet style will include fried and baked chicken, mac n’ cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetables, sweet potato pie, and more. Join us and share a wonderful meal with friends, old and new, in Dr. King’s spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood. WYSO Music Makers will take the stage at approximately 6:15pm for a special performance in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 1st, and join us for a delicious celebration of WYSO’s diverse community at the annual Taste of WYSO Potluck! We invite all members and families to bring a dish that represents their background as we celebrate the diversity of our membership through food. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and throughout the morning, each orchestra will have time to step out of rehearsal to enjoy a variety of dishes and connect with their fellow WYSO members.
