At the WYSO Center for Music, our Mid-Size Meeting Rooms are perfectly suited for small-scale music rehearsals but are also a great fit for teams that need a focused meeting space and a change of venue to get those creative juices flowing again. These versatile rooms are small enough for intimate collaboration but big enough to activate your team’s imagination and allow for new ideas to flourish. Each room can be set up in a variety of table & chair configurations and is close to the WYSO Center’s brightly lit and comfortable shared community spaces, restrooms, and kitchens. These rooms all have wonderful acoustics as well as the technological capabilities to support hybrid meetings and retreats.
First-Floor Large Studios
- Rooms contain a projector, large projector screen, and speaker system.
- Can be setup with a variety of table and chair configurations.
- Ideal for business meetings and retreats.

- Capacity up to 47 people

Mid-Sized Studios
- Room contains a projector, large projector screen, and speaker system.
- Can be setup with a variety of table and chair configurations.
- Ideal for business meetings and retreats.
- Sink system available in some rooms, making them ideal spaces for music or art therapy sessions.
- 725 to 880 Square Feet
- Capacity up to 45 people
- Starts at $35/Hour
Studio Large Brass
- Room contains a white board
- Can be setup with a variety of table and chair configurations.
- Ideal for business meetings and retreats.
- Mobile Audio/Visual access with display, camera, and speaker system.

Studio Small Bass
- Ideal for ensemble or sectional rehearsals, or small business meetings or retreats.

- Room contains a Kawai upright piano and bench
