The Music Makers Summer Session finishes this week with a performance by the Willy Street Chamber Players at 6:00pm on Friday, July 26th, at the WYSO Center for Music.
The Willy Street Chamber Players are dedicated to creating community through classical music. Now in their 10th season, they have become a fixture of the Willy Street neighborhood’s vibrant cultural scene. Awarded a GOLD MEDAL in Madison Magazine’s prestigious “Best of Madison” reader poll, WSCP has received numerous accolades for its accessible and exciting performances, intelligent and fun programming, and community partnerships.
The Willy Street Chamber Players include Kaleigh Acord (viola), Paran Amirinazari, Artistic Director (violin and viola), Eleanor Bartsch (violin and viola), Mark Bridges (cello), Lindsey Crabb (cello), Rachel Hauser (viola), Nicholas Jeffrey (viola), and Teddy Wiggins (violin) This special concert also features Joseph Williams, piano, Community Music faculty of the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.
