Eugenie Mayer Bolz Family Concerts: Harp Ensemble, Opus One and Sinfonietta Orchestras

You are invited to attend the Eugenie Mayer Bolz Family Concerts: Harp Ensemble, Opus One, and Sinfonietta Orchestras. This final concert of the year will take place inside the beautiful Hamel Music Center on the UW campus, with tickets on sale now through Campus Arts Ticketing. $10 for children and $20 for adults. You are invited to attend the 2022 Bolz Family Concert Series— Philharmonia Orchestra concert. The concert will be a wonderful end-of-year event, taking place in the beautiful Hamel Music Center. The WYSO Philharmonia Orchestra will perform in a special side-by-side concert with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra. One of the works will feature Katarina Kenney on cello. Katarina won the Philharmonia Orchestra Concerto Competition last February. Tickets are now on sale at Campus Arts Ticketing. $10 for children and $20 for adults.

You are invited to attend the 2022 Bolz Family Concert Series: Youth Orchestra Concert. This concert will be a special end-of-year event, taking place at the beautiful Hamel Music Center on the UW campus. The Youth Orchestra will play four works in the concert, all conducted by Maestro Kyle Knox.The concert will feature the Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition winner, Ava Kenney, playing the violin.The event is open to the public and tickets are now on sale at Campus Arts Ticketing, $10 for children and $20 for adults.

Masterclass with Andrew Balio

The Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra is hosting a masterclass with renowned trumpet player and WYSO alum, Andrew Balio, for current WYSO brass students in Youth and Philharmonia orchestras. The masterclass will take place on Saturday, February 25 at 4:15pm at Madison Country Day School. This event is free and open to the public.

Calling all instrumental music teachers to join us on Saturday, May 6th at 11:00am - 12:00 pm at Madison Country Day School for a one hour meeting (approximate) facilitated by the great cellist and teacher, Uri Vardi. The forum will create a space for instrumental music teachers to meet, tell stories, swap strategies and ideas, and provide mutual support.
