Regular Saturday/Sunday Orchestra Rehearsals
Rehearsal times for the 2023-2024 season will be dependent upon your orchestra placement. Please check your orchestra’s calendar (above) for the most up to date information.
Regular Ensemble Rehearsals
Ensemble rehearsal times for the 2023-2024 season will be dependent upon space availability and orchestra rehearsals. Please check your ensemble’s calendar (above) for the most up to date information.
WYSO Weather Policy
Since WYSO is unable to make up a canceled rehearsal, the weather has to be particularly treacherous to cause a cancellation. Any cancellations will be stated on the voicemail of (608) 733-6283 ext. 7 two hours before the first rehearsal. An official announcement will also be posted on the WYSO website and an email will be sent to families.
If rehearsal is not canceled but a member decides the drive is too difficult, a voicemail message should be left at (608) 733-6283, ext. 7, stating absence or estimated time of arrival. Absences due to bad weather will not be considered a commitment issue, but will count toward absences for a concert cycle.
