Ethan Hanzel has joined the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra (WYSO) as the Event Planner & Assistant Facility Manager, a newly created role at the WYSO Center for Music. Prior to joining WYSO, Ethan served in a similar capacity at the McFarland Performing Arts Center, one of WYSO’s temporary homes during the construction of the new facility, where he worked closely with the organization for nearly three years. With a background as a Production Coordinator in both theater and film, he continues to fuel his passion for filmmaking by creating documentary short films that have toured in film festivals across the country. Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Ethan spent his first year of college at UW-Madison before moving to Arizona and earning a degree in Film Production from Scottsdale Community College in 2017.
