Event Description
Music Makers students join the Madison Symphony Orchestra for Symphony Soup, a special collaborative performance designed to introduce young audiences to the joy of orchestral music, and conducted by WYSO Music Director and MSO Associate Conductor, Kyle Knox. This annual event brings together professional musicians and emerging learners to share the stage, make music collectively, and inspire the next generation of artists, listeners, and supporters.
Throughout the program, Music Makers students will perform alongside MSO musicians, participate in guided musical activities, and experience what it means to be part of a large performing ensemble in a professional concert hall. For many participants, this event marks an important milestone in their musical journey — a moment of confidence-building, celebration, and shared artistry.
