Fast-moving and delightfully unexpected, Well, I Never! combines Rossini’s swagger, Beethoven’s radiant Cello Sonata in A Major, and Haydn’s witty Symphony No. 97 for a colorful evening of musical brilliance.

A special highlight of the program features young artists from WYSO’s Chamber Music Program, coached by Stephanie Jutt and Jeffrey Sykes, performing the first movement of Poulenc’s iconic Sextet for Piano and Winds. Their appearance makes this concert an especially memorable celebration of artistry, mentorship, and the next generation of musicians.
