About Philharmonia Orchestra
Founded in 1977, the Philharmonia Orchestra performs orchestral literature at the high school and college levels under the direction of conductor Michelle Kaebisch. Members generally have three or more years of ensemble experience and perform individually at an advanced high school level.
About the WYSO Brass Choir
Conducted by Josh Biere, WYSO’s Philharmonia and Concert Brass Choir assists brass players in becoming proficient on their instruments, teaches sectional teamwork, and focuses on music written expressly for brass ensembles. All of these aspects contribute toward creating better orchestral musicians.
