Diane Ballweg Winterfest Concerts: Philharmonia Orchestra & Concert Orchestra and Philharmonia Orchestra Brass Choir

You are invited to attend the 2023 Diane Ballweg Winterfest Concert Series.  This event is open to the public, and tickets for each concert are now available online. Tickets will also be available in-person 30 minutes before the concert.

About the Concert Orchestra and Philharmonia Orchestra Brass Choir

Conducted by Josh Biere, WYSO’s Concert Orchestra and Philharmonia Orchestra Brass Choir assists brass players in becoming proficient on their instruments, teaches sectional teamwork, and focuses on music written expressly for brass ensembles. All of these aspects contribute toward creating better orchestral musicians.

Philharmonia Orchestra repertoire will include:

About Philharmonia Orchestra                                     

Founded in 1977, the Philharmonia Orchestra performs orchestral literature at the high school and college levels under the direction of conductor Michelle Kaebisch. Members generally have three or more years of ensemble experience and perform individually at an advanced high school level.
