2023 -2024 WYSO Orchestras Audition Application

WYSO AUDITIONS!

WYSO will now be accepting Audition Applications for the 2023-2024 season!

Timeline:

• February 27 – Application opens
• March 20 – Excerpts will be available
• May 15 – Application deadline
• June 20 – Audition results will be sent.
• September 9 – First rehearsal.
• Tuition information can be found here.

What to prepare for the audition:

• Scales according to the orchestra you are auditioning for
• A 2-minute solo of your choosing
• Excerpts (password shared after registering)
• Sight-reading (strings only)

The cost for auditioning into an orchestra is $50.00
